Lodge 12 sits on the bank of tranquil Lake Pochard, in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park.

This understated little timber fishing lodge is the perfect place for a short break whether you are seeking a quiet restorative break, a spot of fishing or simply as a base for you, your family or friends to indulge in the many activities within the Water Park or sightseeing in and around the beautiful Cotswolds. 

Our snug and cosy two bedroomed lodge has been decorated throughout in warm colours with a unique vintage style with central heating and a wood burner.

The French doors open out on to a roomy deck with outside seating and gas barbecue with a wide and extensive view over Lake Pochard where the light reflects beautifully across the water where watching the birds, Canadian geese and swans is irresistible all year round.

All bed linen, towels and kitchen facilities are provided.
